Nokia beacon 1 - BAD NETWORK CONNECTION !!!

Starhub just asked me to re contract my wifi & they recommended me Nokia Beacon 1.  After they installed by laptop has problem surfing the internet, lagging & unable to work from home. They said the network signal at their end is working very good.

I've called Support many times to raise the issue & they suspect is the Router problem & wanting to terminate my contract with StarHub but they refused my request, so they arranged another 'Senior' Tech (they proclaimed) to changed the Router.  But the issue remains the same after they changed the Router.  Surfing internet is as slow as previously.

Me again called the Support to complain the issues & the Support said that it's my laptop specif is not compatible to the Nokia router & that the reason of lagging.  I told them how frustrated & disappointed. 

They sent another Super senior Tech guys to come again also can solve

Ever best that they just refused to acknowledge it's their problem & the network is working perfectly fine & wanted me to call Nokia directly.  They put the blame to Nokia as I told them that Starhub recommended this product to me & no other product can be replace & they only sell this Router.

They even gave me the Nokia help line to call but no one answer!!!
