Need help for direct ONT

My Starhub router is defective and have replaced a new one. Was advised to change the profile from DG to direct ONT. I call 1633 and have submitted the request to change to direct ONT on Sunday. till now my broadband is still down. May I know how long for starhub to activate direct ONT for me. As I am working from home, I really need to use the broadband. Please advice and help me. Thanks a lot
