hello starhub, last week I called about my fiber broadband bill and regarding your misleading online flash sale of free 3mth plan but end up your CSV told me it was 3mth of Hotstar channel... your CSV had told me they will investigate and get back to me in 5days time but I haven't got a callback. kindly assist me on this matter asap.
