Maxinifinity disconnection & Broadband temp suspension fee
I was out of Singapore and didn’t use the broadband since March 2020. However I kept getting the bills and I kept paying the since the equipment was with me and I was out of Singapore because of the Covid restrictions. Today, after paying all those bills (200+ SGD for nothing), I get one more bill from Starhub saying 30 SGD for Maxinifinity disconnection and 90 SGD for Broadband temp suspension fee. I am done with the connection, I already paid much more than I had to. I want this 120 SGD waived off. This is totally unfair and unacceptable. Please help me get through this. I even booked a new connection to my new house because I lived Starhub’s connection when I was using it. But I got fleeced in the last 14 months, for nothing. Ending the connection with Starhub is a pain and totally inefficient, not the level of service I expected from one of the best newtorks in Singapore. Please resolve this and restore my faith in the network.
