Letter of complain

Hi,

I hope this is the correct place to complain..


I requested to change my broadband relocation from 14 Aug to 7 Aug on 1st Aug and the support later sent me a msg that it is done. So I plan all my moving based on the date. On August 5, 1 day before my moving, I was contacted again that my previous appointment (7th Aug) would not be successful. So, I have to spend 1 week without Internet in my new place! The latest information is so rushed that I cannot change my moving date already. 

This is unacceptable at my side. I am IT engineer, one week without internet means 1 week that I cannot work from home. I demand appologies or compensation or better moving my Internet connection day back to 7th August.
