Intermittent lost of signal

I have been having intermittent lost of signal on my home fibre optic broadband since last year!  How can I get Starhub to understand the significance of having someone onsite during downtime?  And my downtime is usually more than 4hrs.  Like today, it was 8 hours. Anyone out there having the same frustration?

Hi @user_30bc01, I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing trouble with your broadband connection. Please know it's not our intention to make things difficult for you. May I confirm if you had tried to reboot both your ONT and router to see if the issue persists?
