How do I apply for a late payment waiver?

Hey guys! I think I am going to be charged a late payment fee in my next bill. The reason for the late payment was that I thought it would get charged automatically to my credit card since I set up the recurring credit card option. I kept waiting for it to get charged but it didn't happen and then today I came across this other thread which is when I realized that if the billing date was before the date the recurring credit card was set up then it wouldn't get charged. 

I went ahead and paid the bill immediately just now, this is my first bill with Starhub so I was wondering if there is a chance that we could waive the late payment fee. How would go about applying for a waiver like this? Let me know if you need any more information for this.

Base on the Bill Date: 22 May 2021< removed private information >, have mentioned payment made after 19 May 2021 may not be shown.

But, i made a payment exactly on 19 May 2021. Why the bill still have a late payment fee $ 5.00 (Excl. GST) ?

Can the late payment charge be waived ?
