Frequent Fibre Internet connection and TV+ issues
Have been a loyal StarHub customer since 2013 - Cable, Fiber, mobile and never had any issues. Since re-contract in early June 2021 where I was forced to choose TV+, it has been nightmare with constant breaking of internet connection requiring restarting the same Google/Nest Wifi router or the Fiber termination point. Got through to a live person in 1633 few days back once and he mentioned that some issues in the log/tests he could run remotely, which was an adapter from old set up left connected in the fibre modem as the reason but even with that removed, constant (2-3 times a day) network issues.
TV+ has frequent failure renewing session error all the time or just spins all the time without loading any...Terrible!
