Did not subscribe but Charged for Netflix Subscription in my Starhub Broadband bill.

I was charged for Netflix subscription in my latest Starhub Broadband bill. I have since called in and cancelled the subscription. However I am unable to find out the Netflix account that incurred the subscription charge. I have called in 4 times but none of the CSOs are able to check what is the Netflix account that choose my broadband bill as a payment option.I also tried sending a message on Facebook and until now -Jiv has not replied me. I really need to find out the Netflix account that incurred the subscription charge. This is a matter of intergrity.

This happened to me too. I was charged in my May billing for my accounts held in Starhub. Reported and was informed that the subscription will be terminated. Imagine my surprise when my account was billed again in June. PRS barring settings were already set up. Wonder how many people are facing this issue as it is a clear security breach. Worse, some may not even be aware. Starhub should stop providing this service until this has been sorted.

Hi @alvintch1977, sorry for the inconvenience caused. In that case, please follow-up your concern with my colleagues on Facebook or Twitter as this will require us to check your account details which we don't have access here on the Community. Moreover, your bill might have already been generated when the Netflix subscription was removed.
