Did not subscribe but Charged for Netflix Subscription in my Starhub Broadband bill.
I was charged for Netflix subscription in my latest Starhub Broadband bill. I have since called in and cancelled the subscription. However I am unable to find out the Netflix account that incurred the subscription charge. I have called in 4 times but none of the CSOs are able to check what is the Netflix account that choose my broadband bill as a payment option.I also tried sending a message on Facebook and until now -Jiv has not replied me. I really need to find out the Netflix account that incurred the subscription charge. This is a matter of intergrity.
