Hi StarHub,

My 2 contract for Fiber Broadband expired but I still got bill this month. How I can terminate it during CB?

Hi @user_fa4af9, you will still continue to get charged for your fibre broadband plan once your contract expires unless you terminate it. This is because when the contract expires it means you're no longer tied to a contract so you have the option to either recontract or stick to your current plan.

To terminate your broadband service, please visit any of our StarHub main outlets located at Plaza Singapura, NEX, Jurong Point, and Tampines Mall and bring all the equipment listed below:

- Optical Network Terminal
- Fibre Patch Cord
- UTP Cable
- Power Adaptor

The service will be terminated accordingly once the equipment has been returned. Do note that a disconnection fee of $32.10 applies. Thank you.
