Broadband Packet Loss

The above issue has been happening for the past 3 days. When tracerouting, the loss occurs at the first 203.xxx.xxx.xxx. The following is tracerouting to StarHub.com but you can try other sites too.

Are you using wireless or ethernet? Try updating your drivers.

@Xillvion Wireless on iPad but home network no issue. Anyway have connected the laptop Ethernet port to the router, still losing packets at first 203.xxx.xxx.xxx.

Just did a ping test to the starhub website, and there actually is some packet losses. However other websites I pinged have no losses. Likely some weird server issues they are having.

Hi @user_db0aa6, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Please let us know the websites you're experiencing packet losses aside from StarHub's website so we could look into it.
