Access Denied You don't have permission to access "website" on this server.

This is a going issue and I finally thought to leave this in the community and maybe I will take this to the social media from tomorrow. Last 4 weeks I have been calling StarHub and trying to get resolve the number of calls spend every 24 hours is about 40-50 min to just speak to them and to get one reply that we are waiting for the back end team to fix this. 4 weeks and the problem is still not resolved. If this is their issue why are they not fixing the same?

Hi @skstuff, are you still encountering the same issue? Please try to clear your browser's cache and cookies. Also, please disable the proxy settings.

Hi @carla

I have tried all this and now it is almost 5 weeks now and customer care and everyone including your backend team cannot resolve the issue. What is the next step now.

Having the same issue. 

Site Denied is https://www.interactivebrokers.com.sg/en/home.php

I was accessing the website from Incognito Window, so browser cookies have been cleared.

Yes, use Edge browser and then Chrome browser.

When I go to the library then I am able to use. 

Therefore there is something wrong with the Starhub at home.

Im getting this error for the past week when trying to access ns.sg. Already cleared cache etc.

"Access Denied

You don't have permission to access "http://ns.sg/" on this server.

Hi @user_ca0432, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Have you tried to use a different  and an incognito browser. Also, please try to reboot your ONT and router to see if the issue persists? The rebooting process will change your IP address since all individual customers are assigned dynamic IPs and this will change depending on which IP is available.
