Transportation Fee

Simply put, why should we pay for transportation fee for your technician. We signed a wifi from StarHub and it StarHub responsibility to ensure the wifi is working.

Hi @user_5cf1b8, warmest welcome to GreenR Community! Please be informed that the Transportation Fee is charged per trip when technicians visit your premise to inspect a possible problem. This fee is to cover the logistics of a service visit so that a technician can assist with urgent troubleshooting. Moreover, the Technician determines if the service call charge of $40.66 (after GST) can be waived if the concern is due to our equipment or it is a network issue. I hope this clarifies your concern.
