Hi - I will leaving Singapore for good and would like to know the process of terminating TV connection, Broadband and landline. Would appreciate if I could be informed about the formalities/process?

Hi @sujoybhawal, we're sorry to hear about your decision to terminate your StarHub services. To do so, please visit any of our main StarHub shops located in Plaza Singapura, NEX, Jurong Point, and Tampines Mall and bring the following equipment.

 

Fibre Broadband
- Optical Network Terminal
- Fibre Patch Cord
- UTP Cable
- Power Adaptor

 

TV

- Set-Top Box

- Power Code/Adapter for Set-Top Box

- Remote Control

 

For digital voice, you may terminate the service by contacting our Customer Support via Facebook Messenger. The service will be terminated accordingly once the equipment has been returned. Please note that a disconnection fee of $32.10 applies. Please note if you're still under a contract then you will incur early termination charges.

Thank you for your reply. Wanted to check couple of other points:

a. Since I have a home hub connection ($64.22), can I only keep the broadband subscription and terminate the TV connection and landline connection?

b. the contract period is only till June 2021 and post June is it a need to recontract or can it be used as monthly service only? if monthly service will it be a different charges

a. Yes, that would be possible. 

 

b. Once the contract expires, you will be charged with your monthly subscription unless you terminate your service. However, please take a look at your service agreement as your contract might include promotions which gave you discounts and thereafter will charge you of regular price.
