Returning equipment at the end of my contract

Hi,

My fibre internet contract will be expiring on the 8th Oct. Should I return the equipment on that day or a day later? Are there any charges I should know about? Note, this is not early termination, but my contract has come to an end.

Hi @janedoe, we're sorry to hear about your decision to discontinue your service. To terminate your fibre broadband service, please bring the following to any of our StarHub main outlets located at Plaza Singapura, NEX, Jurong Point and Tampines Mall.

All existing sets of the equipment listed below:

- 1 x Optical Network Terminal
- 1 x Fibre Patch Cord
- 1 x UTP Cable
- 1 x Power Adaptor

The service will be terminated accordingly once the equipment has been returned. Do note that a disconnection fee of $32.10 applies. You may return your equipment on the day your contract expires.

Hi @user_1812e8, it saddens us to hear that you'll terminate your broadband service with us. The router is yours which means you don't have to return it. The list of equipment you must return is mentioned above in this thread. I hope this clarifies your question. Thanks.
