Homehub contract ends

Hi, my homehub contract is ending on 22 jan 2021. As per tele conversation with StarHub customer service officer, I was told to go down to any of the 4 main StarHub store to proceed with the termination from 23 jan 2021 onwards. My question is, I was told to bring down the set top box, remote control and power adapter for the tv service, modem, router, adapters for the fibre service. From the faq, there’s no mention of returning of router. Can someone care to clarify?

From the link provided, it says 3m fibre patch cord and 3m lan cable to be returned as well. It has been more than 10 years since I have the fibre network with StarHub and the lan cable is to be included in the return as well? I’ve replaced the cable out of my own pocket before due to wear and tear and I don’t find it fair that I this item should be in the return list.

Unfortunately, you might incur loss charge if you're unable to return the fibre patch cord and LAN cable.
