Change Service Agreement Date

Hi, I’ve set up a new broadband plan with Starhub on 28 Mar. But due to change in plan, I’d like to move it forward to 14 Mar. Called CS and noted there are earlier slots. I’ve even called NetLink Trust and they told me the Fibre Network has been activated for my address today. But CS repeatedly told me Service Agreement date can’t be changed, which I don’t understand why. Can someone help to advise?
