Termination equipment of home hub bundle

I will terminate my 2 year home hub bundle contract after it expires. Please advise which equipment needs to be returned for each of:

- StarHub tv

- home broadband

- digital voice

- mobile broadband

I am aware I can return these equipment the day after the contract expires to plaza singapura, Tampines mall, nex, jurong point and will need my NRIC/FIN and passport. 

Anything else that I need?

Hi @Tranimal, we're to hear about your decision to terminate your StarHub services. Please refer to this article to find the list of equipment you need to return upon termination of your StarHub services. 


Lastly, please be informed upon the termination of the services, a final bill invoice will be generated in 1-2 billing cycles after termination. The final bill will indicate the pro-rated billing adjustments, and in case you have a credit balance, you will see a negative amount in the final bill. Thank you.
