Termination as moving to other country - New HomeHub Plus


I have a New HomeHub Plus valid till 5h June 2021, but due to professional reasons I'll be relocated. We are leaving 17th December 2020 so I'll need to cancel to contract earlier than expected. I called the support number but it's a nightmare. How should I proceed?

Hi @PabloSalazar, it saddens us to hear about your termination query. To terminate your HomeHub+ plan, please visit any of our StarHub main outlets located at Plaza Singapura, NEX, Jurong Point, and Tampines Mall and bring all the equipment listed below:


Fibre Broadband
- Optical Network Terminal
- Fibre Patch Cord
- UTP Cable
- Power Adaptor



- Set-Top Box

- Power Code/Adapter for Set-Top Box

- Remote Control


The service will be terminated accordingly once the equipment has been returned. Please note that a disconnection fee of $32.10 applies. Do note that you'll incur early termination charges if you're still under contract.


The Early Termination Charges are tiered according to the number of months left in your contract at the point of your termination request. The charges are as per below:
