I am a Starhub customer for more than 15 years now, but now, I am seriously considering of dumping Starhub. I recently re-contracted by HomeHub Plan, and as a result, my set-top boxes were replaced. To my surprise, I was not able to get the free-to-air channels and was told that I can only use Starhub's router or specific Linksys router models. This is unfortunate because I have been using the Linksys mesh routers for some time now, to my satisfaction. I have read some blogs and it seems that Starhub will not allow me to get the 'old' set-top boxes anymore. I am still awaiting Starhub to get back to me after calling their Customer Support. I am very disappointed as the terms of the re-contracting were not clearly spelled out to me. (Please note that I recontracted via the My Starhub mobile application). Otherwise, I really should have switched to another service provider if this was the case.
