#ORDER CONFIRMATION ID < removed private information >

Had purchased mobile via online store for self collection.

Make a trip down for collection, however was told by the shop staff that there was some error on the system hence unable to release the mobile to me.

Called 1633 and was told that there are no order reflected in the system.

Kindly advise.
