Maxinfinity Disconnection Fee
I returned my modem and canceled my broadband in the 24th month in January 2021. To my surprise, a line item in my latest bill appeared and that was Maxinfinity Disconnection Fee of $30.
May I know why I am charged for this? I did not terminate my contract early and neither was I late. I was also not informed that I will be charged for this. I hope that Starhub looks into this.
