Galaxy Watch 3 on Emergency calls only

I just recently bought a Galaxy Watch 3 LTE version and subscribed suffesfully to Numbershare. But i noticed that in Standalone mode, i cannot use my mobile data as I'm not receiving any notifications from any apps. Even SMS i can't even recieve. I try to reset my watch and uninstalled the galaxy wearable app as troubleshooting it. But in the end it got more worst because i totally don't use my LTE anymore as it shows "Emergency calls only".

I'm having a hard time already. Can you help me please? Thanks so much.

Hi there @sassyshayne20, warmest welcome to GreenR Community. Sorry to hear that you're having issues with NumberShare. Please try to go to Setting > Connections > Mobile Networks > Tap on “StarHub XXXF” which will then restart your device.

Now after i reset my watch and uninstalled my app on phone. My subscription was removed. So i re-apply again and sadly i cannot continue with the application and below is the result. I cannot press the next button.
