End of contract

hi my 24 months contract for internet, home tv and Mobile will end in mid and end nov 2020. May I know when should I notify StarHub about the termination? Do I give a call to the hotline will do? What is the procedure? Hope to hear your kind advice. Thank you.

Hi @Alice88888, we're sorry to hear about your decision to discontinue your StarHub services. 

 

To terminate your TV and broadband service, please visit any of our StarHub Main Shops located in Plaza Singapura, Jurong Point, Nex, Tampines and return the following equipment:

 

Fibre Broadband

- Optical Network Terminal
- Fibre Patch Cord
- UTP Cable
- Power Adaptor

 

TV

- Set-top box(es)

- Remote control(s)

- Power adapter(s) for Set-top box

- Fibre patch cord
 
The service will be terminated accordingly once the equipment has been returned. A disconnection fee of $32.10 (w/ GST) will also apply. 

 

To terminate your mobile service, you may send a message to my colleagues via Facebook Messenger by clicking the link below. Ther termination request will be completed within an hour. Upon termination of the services, a final bill invoice will be generated, indicating the pro-rated billing adjustments.

I wanted to port over my homeline from Starhub to another telco provider. Please advise the procedure. Is it necessary to debundle the digital homeline before I terminate the Broadband and TV services. If so, how to proceed as the other teleco is waiting for the port over to be facilitated. Thx

If you intend to port out your Digital Voice Home to a different telco, please ensure that the service must remain active. Also, you can port-out to another telco after the contract ends.

What if I terminate my HomeHub plan and retain the Digital Voice Home (DVH) service to be portover to the next telco provider, will this be possible. Thx

If your DVH service is part of the HomeHub bundle, it's highly suggested that you port out from StarHub to a different telco first as your DVH needs to remain active before you port-over. Because once you terminate your HomeHub your DVH will also be terminated.
