Change of channels

I have my TV contract till 2022  - During signing agreement I have agreed and signed the agreement since the channels i like to see was there - now the reduction and giving alternate channels is like star hub is  forcing to accept the channels . 

if Star hub has changes in channels the costumer need to be given options to end the contract or continue if they are fine with the channels provided by star hub

I called starhub i have been asked to Pay 1000$ for early termination contract - which unfair to me .

Hi @Mohanssg, we are sorry if you feel that way regarding your TV channels. We are continuously refreshing our portfolio of content and services, which means we have to make hard choices and update our line-up from time to time. Moreover, it is stated on our terms and conditions that there will be an early termination charge. Please refer to 3.2 Minimum Period of Service and Early Termination Charges on our T&C.

I signing contract based on the package with list of channels shown to me .

The termination of contact terms was agreed based on the package offered .

The contract must not remain active if the packages change  .

if the channels now star hub is providing is stated or shown to me earlier then i might not signed the contract . i will go for other TV cannel provider .

If star hub has impact due the channel providers unable to provide the channels within star hub budget then that  should not be imposed on costumers  

The replacement channels star hub is proposing now is based on the cheapest channel providers . 

in this case The Monthly bill to be paid must be reduced

Iam sure all star hub customers will be facing the came issue .

Please be informed that customer who subscribed to Fox related channels as a standalone, channels will be ceased and billing will also be stopped. Meanwhile, for customers subscribed to channels as part of a pack, the channels will be removed and there will be no price reduction on existing packs.

Hi Starhub, 

Your monopolistic and predatory behavior is simply unacceptable. I am in a similar position as Mohan and whats even worse is my contrcat was just renewed in Jan. 

As a service organisation, you owe it to your customers to either deliver the content and servcies as contracted or make restitution to the deficiencies in yoru services. By adopting the line that you are maintaining now, you can expect that in 2 years, Starhub will be in an even worse position as you can expect that manyof your customers will be terminating our contracts and will be blacklisting Starhub. You can expect my extended family and friends have all been advised to terminate our subscriptions should there be no attempt at addressing this blatant daylight robbery.  

YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND AND IT IS NOT OUR JOB TO UNDERSTAND YOUR POSITION !!
